Fei Song, 宋飞洋
Fei, a senior lawyer specializing in property law, brings over 6 years of expertise to the legal field, focusing on all aspects of property transactions, development, and dispute resolution. Ruyan Tao
Ruyan, a lawyer, is practising general law. Ruyan has exposure in commercial and contract law, wills and estate planning, dispute resolution, litigation, and family violence intervention orders. Prior to law, she gained over five years of experience in accounting and finance within the private corporate sector. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese, Ruyan is committed to providing client-focused and professional service, with a strong emphasis on addressing legal issues from a commercial perspective. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Econometrics) and Juris Doctor from Monash University and was admitted as a Victorian legal practitioner in September 2024.

Margaret is the firm’s marketing and practice manager. Known for her collaborative approach and commercial mindset, she plays a key role in aligning marketing strategies with overall firm objectives while ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services.
Katherine Yang
Katherine is the firm’s Legal Secretary. She supports the firm with coordination of legal documents, scheduling meetings, and managing general client correspondence. She provides reliable day-to-day administrative support to enable the team to work efficiently. With an Executive Master degree from the University of Melbourne, she brings professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication to her role as Legal Secretary.
